Active Care Program-Now Open!!!
We officially opened our Active Care Program this week. This program is designed to educate patients on what stretching and strengthening exercises they need to help with pain and mobility issues.
We will offer four different group classes every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. These classes include lower back, upper back/neck, lower extremities and upper extremities.
If you knew a handful of simple daily stretches that could help stabilize and increase strength for improved mobility, wouldn’t you be excited?
